ok ok.... this is the 3rd entry already... i've been writing 3 consecutive entries in a day.... now feeling abit sianz liao... but at least i m finally writing sth that happened today...
yah yah yah... its 25th homecoming today... the so-called nanyang da xi zhi ri... but i dun think its that re nao leh... i mean since i went to zhonghua's food and funfair that time, i would feel that today's one is far less re nao den zhss's one lah. the ppl like ling ling san san like that, not crowded at all. the games stores not exactly that exciting... food not that varied and delicious-looking, arts and crafts not that tempting(except ccs one lah!!)... i thot there would be alot of alumni, but to my disappointment, not that many actually. but shuai ge quite alot lah... as long as u open your eyes wide....hehehe... like wat bihua said, its not happening and energetic at all... even though zhonghua's one is not that "energetic", bit at least its crowded!!!! very crowded... the "ppl mountain ppl sea" scene is already impressive enough to make the funfair a success.... not like today's one.... basically's here are the placed i went.
the 1st place i went was the dunking station with bihua. ng kim teck was dunked!!! hahaha... i am happy not becoz i hate him and wants him to get wet, its just that i wanna see how he looks like when he's drenched. later also walked around... canteen food includes ice cream, kacang puteh, cookies etc. i bought sardine curry puffs and fried bananas, quite nice lah, at least worth my money. at the hall got ccs's art pieces, nail art, and performances on stage. jacinta sang her opera but i think not many ppl gave her their support, but i DID!! den at games station, i patronised zilong's store, by sharing a game with bihua. i missed my 1st shot but i hit the bottle at my 2nd shot. its quite addictive lah... but never mind for me. i can play my uncle's air pistol from philippines at home. but that bihua was obviously hooked on shooting liao... play and play and play.... other games stores like badminton and odac and soccer and dunno wat all never patronise lah... no money and interest.
me and bihua also witnessed the opening of the eblouissant(spelling?) by that yeo guat kwang, who's an MP cum ex-nyjcian. we also had a great time flipping through the old year books on display. with bihua's sheer determination, she managed to dig out mr teo from the 1980-81 book, while i anyhow flip also let me find jonathon ng. its just unbelievable loh.... i just randomly stopped at a page and there i found the name jonathon ng. wat a miracle.... also showed bihua lim jong yann and VP2's photo. bihua also found tong yee and yan wan wen, yup the "crimewatch" host, me bu gan shi ruo found fu zhu hui, a lian he zhao bao reporter. its fun trying to dig out all these teachers... coz can look at their "song" pattern and laugh...
lastly attended college day. boring event as usual... luckily the best part was the ending performance by pugilistic.... full of energy and life... so cool... that feng lishan led the performance... as usual... summing up, an eventful but not that satisfactory day. just hope that the next funfair(if any) can have more life...
