finally got time to blog now... prelims was over on thursday... ending with cla paper 2... which was quite a nightmare...
and immediately after our prelims, which was yesterday... we had our
kbox session!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!! me and yihui were so excited the night before that we couldnt sleep loh... so funny... i was tossing and turning to make myself sleep. but eventually i still tried to make myself fall asleep by listening to my discman... oh infact me and yihui were already damn anxious last week. just the thot of going to kbox after prelims give us the strength to carry on our revision... hahaha...
this time round, the combi consists of the 2 "yihui"s and yuan bo... yong an couldnt make it at the last min... wat a pity. or not it would be even better. anyway yi3 hui4 came over my house in the morning to rot and surf net. den later we went to tpy central to have pastamania for lunch... together with yuan bo lah... after that was our kbox~~!
yesterday i can safely say that me and yi3 hui4 were definitely in a much better form lah... i dun feel like repeating my comments about my dear yi hui's singing liao... she can basically sing every sing loh... ranging from zhou hui, ah-mei, stef sun, xu ru yun, na ying, to jeff chang etc... sigh... yuan nie ah.. how come i got such a fren who can sing so well huh? next up was yuan bo. wat i can say is that 95% of the songs he sing are those that i have never heard of lah... mainly becoz its all cantonese songs by eason, leslie kwok... to me all very very de leng3 men2 lah. but i got to admit that his singing really not bad loh, esp his canto songs. he sing chinese songs really damn funny... so i think he better stick to his canto-pop... but hoh he's really very serious when he's singing... still close his eyes lah... impressive...
oh i was so proud of myself also... i could actually sing stef sun's yuan lai ni she mo dou bu xiang yao... OMG... i couldnt believe it loh... basically i cannot sing any of these kind of songs one lah. im forever stuck to jay chou and lin jun jie lah... yihui's songs are never reachable to me lah. oh lin jun jie's new songs were up and i almost screamed when i saw them... yah so i sang jinag nan twice...(actually i wanted to sing n times...)anyway, yesterday also heard the famous "guang dao zhi lian" btw yuan bo and yihui. oh wat can i say?? except very nice leh?? i doubt i can ever find ppl around me who can sing this song together as well as them. they also sang some other duets... all very nice loh... so irritating... cannot stand the both of them liao... me and eewee are basically like audience...
thinking of audience reminds me that i was telling yihui that day that im very versatile to her, implying that im not only her fren, but also play other impt part in her life. i can be her /DHL deliveryman/ carpenter/ maria/ ah xiu/ dao3 mang2 quan3/ toy/ bodyguard/ tour guide/ breakfast buyer/ loyal fan/ coolie/ rubbish bin/ teacher... im sure there are others, but now cannot think of all of them... me very very de wan4 neng2 leh...
we were chased out at 7.30 like that. so yuan bo suggested that we go eat shanghai cuisine at chinatown... i never intended to join lah, coz very paiseh, but yihui was threatening me, so i no choice but to go loh. yah so had our dinner there loh... the dishes were nice! i could see that yihui was enjoying her meal lah... yuan bo footed the bill and i muz say a big thanks to him... just when i thot i had enough for my dinner, my dear yihui said she had never come to chinatown before, wanted to explore the place lah, and when i was asking yuan bo wat was on the 2nd floor of the chinatown market, he said food, and so yihui insisted on going upstairs to take a look. so we ended up having desserts again... but the desserts stall there is worth patronising, 1 dollar only loh, though the serving is slightly smaller, but there's alot of red bean... so still very very worth the money lah. i feel like going there to eat again liao...
after the whole day of slacking, 3 of us finally went home by NEL... me dropped off at serangoon to take 105 home... i had surely enjoyed myself lah... all that eating and singing and eating... shit... my life is so mi2 lan4... but i like it ^__^
when shall be the next time for such a happy day?? im so happy loh...
