finally its friday again... let me update on my first formal week of working at iras...
basically everything was very ok... im not the ones that have to handle complicated calls, which thus means that usually i can handle the questions... if really cannot, just ask the sups loh... they are really nice ppl too!! esp J lah... personally i like her the most among all the sups... she very cute lah... hahah...and till now right, majority of the calls that i received are actually just asking when they will receive their return... dunno why they are so impatient lah... but never mind, i like it best when they ask such simple stuffs... haha. im lucky enough not to have receive any nasty callers till now... at most they are just abit naggy and frustrated lah... so when i talk to them nicely, they will still listen... infact i have got several callers who are really nice chaps... who are very courteous and forgiving... which makes my day much better. just like today a guy was asking about his 2 employees and the filling up of forms, when i finally answered his queries, he was like "thank you so much for helping me and clearing my doubts, may i know wats you name?...." others will usually say "really sorry to trouble u ah... but thanks for helping me..." perhaps these ppl dunno, their simple "thanks alot" actually make us feel very good, and we are actually just as happy for being able to help them. but of coz i know for some others, they not as lucky as me, or maybe its becoz i haven got my chance yet lah. they get callers who scold the govt lah, scold them for not knowing their stuff, grumble about the helpline, slamming the phone, refusing to listen to advice etc etc etc...i do hope i will never meet such a call. pls....
as for my colleagues, they are also all very nice ppl lah... whenever there are no calls coming in, we would start to crap and chat, den sometimes end up being stared by J... hahaha... oh she was telling me today, she cannot put me and xx together becoz we talk too much... haiz... on monday i will be changed back to my old seat again... so sad loh... not that my old seat not good lah... but i certainly prefer sitting with the ppl im sitting with now.... got more things to talk. we are going to have 2 ppl to one "condo" from mon onwards... well i rather want the old tables and arrangement... i dun them to separate us lah... with the indiv "cubicles".... like very far away from one another liao... haiz...
so on the overall, im so happy this week... hahaha... oh den went to sing k yesterday with ping and weini... had a great day singing man... and its my first time singing with weini...realised she not bad one ah... can ask her to go next time...the 3 of us all sing until shuang lah... its almost 12 when i reached home loh... i cant wait for the next session again!!!
last but not least, had lunch with kelly today... she say she most prob start on mon, so hopefully she can choose her lunch time to be same as me ba...
no need to work tmr... haiz... i was very suay lah... they dun need too many ppl tmr... and i kana being choosed as one of those no need to come.... no money!!!
