obviously my jay chou.
so wat the hell did i do today?? i bought jay's concert cd... yah i bet no one does it like me... buying the vcd before the cd. but i bought it mainly becoz the poster was still available at novena... so yah... just sorta tempted me u see... so another $20.90 gone... woo... currently my account really suo3 shen4 wu2 ji3 liao... have been spending and spending... let me calculate ah... i think i have spent over 300 bucks over the past one and a half months... gosh...really quite alot loh... at least for ppl like me... no wonder yi3 hui4 also say, im actually not as thrifty as i always seems... im just thrifty just becoz i dun have much to spend... but once i got money, i would spend it very generously. well... correct. to me, i seriously think that money earned is meant to be spent, not keep it till u die. from the econs view, I AM STIMULATING THE ECONOMY OK... thru the MULTIPLIER EFFECT... UNLESS THE ECONOMY DOES NOT NEED THAT NOW(but obviously we do. right now...)
even though i bought 2 jay chou album in 2 consecutive days... im still so damn happy now coz my room wall is now decorated with the 2 posters, one from the cd and the other one from the vcd... i can now look at him every night before i sleep... woohoo!!
anyway, back to talk about my work at IRAS again. the world really small one lah. got to know this girl huiwen, who happens to know qh as well... and her blog can be linked from qh's too... just like mine... hahah... anyway today's training was a 100 % boring one man. i dunno how i long i can tahan if this goes on... that whole stack of notes really reminds me of econs loh, ranging from stuffs like interest, income, relief and dividend lah... and there are SO MANY types of them, all with diff criteria and conditions. all of a sudden, i realise that the calculations that we learned in jc econ was really so damn crap man. crap in the sense that its far too simple and easy. in real life, things really aren' t that easy loh, got dunno wat child/parent/earned income/course fee/NSmen relief lah, den this cannot tax but the other one can. this year $2000 but next year no more relief. my head's GETTING bigger... but honestly speaking, its also great to know all this loh... i mean in just 2 days time, i have begun to know how taxes in the countries actually work. with my interest in econ, i dun find them detestable. perhaps, i just need more time(and most imptly energy during training) to understand them well... coz i almost dozed off today. infact i think i did doze off for a few mins, den struggled to keep my eyes open again.qiu hong was telling me to listen when she saw me dozing off....haha... she was so damn sleepy too... hahaha. haiyar, she just doesnt know my past history of sleeping in lectures back then in NY. if she had knew all my achievements, maybe she would just give up and let me sleep. i cant wait to get down on the field asap.... i cannot tolerate staying in a room, sitting there all day. let me do sth more interesting and interactive ba...
ok ok, im going to watch my jay chou vcd for the 2nd round now. if eewee's going to lend me her vcd player, den im going to watch it again tmr.
