have been double-banking for this week, ie, listening to the ppl take calls only... and its very obvious different ppl do things in completely different ways one... so interesting also... nasty ppl are everywhere, so nasty calls dun excite me that much. rather its the speed and multi-tasking that amazes me.
today finally got our hotline names. and to my utter disgust, all my 3 names submitted actually kana rejected! WTF?! i spent so much time just to get think and look for a nice one... so they gave me 6 names to choose from. i could rmb got cindy, goldie, carmen, carol, crystal and dunno wat... so i got no choice and took crystal... super sian liao... where's my kiera, zee and jaime??
was told that we will start to pick up calls from next week onwards... with supervision of cos...
