>> YOU KNOW YOU ARE OLD WHEN:
1. u start to talk about secondary school life in a xiang3 dang1 nian2 manner, and u realise how stupid u were back den, but also how happy was school life. u recalled how u were dragged to detention, chased out of the classroom and how unforgettable were some of the teachers. most importantly u no longer rmb where u were sitting cos everything is now ssooo long ago...
2. u find teenagers at Mcdonalds "childish", "noisy" and feel like scolding them si gin na... but the fact is, u were also once part of the noisy kids.
3. u feel like telling your sister from the bottom of your heart " studying is for yourself and FOR YOUR OWN GOOD "
4. ppl often calls you as xiao jie instead of xiao-mei.
5. u cannot stand ppl that are born in the 90s and yet talk back to you like they are better den you.
6. you conclude that children nowadays are really rude and irrespectful to the elders / seniors, and TEACHERS especially.
7. you finally understand why adults always say "school life is the best time of your life" and that u simply hope u could remain as a student forever.
WE ARE GETTING OLD.
just face it.
