since LK Amore Women's day out and crab feast had been reported by ORQ-LK-lunch-kaki ping, i shall do some quick updates before i go out.......
Went to
One Rochester for corp planning retreat on thur and fri. I like the place for its very cosy feeling, as if you are having meeting in someone's living room, but set up in proper tables and chairs. the whole area belong to us and we could walk everyone in the house. I like the place cos they serve pretty decent food, at the very least, its not come boring hotel fare consists of fried bee hoon and curry. I like the place cos the waiters were very friendly and were always around to assist us. I dont like hotels cos even though they also offer 5 star service, 因为少了那点人情味。这里的亲切服务是发自内心，而不是打工的服务员。
I am glad our team found this nice place which everyone said was better den Singapore Zoo last year hahaha... Luckily the venue was not a flop or not i would have felt damn guilty. Their good overall service left us with a deep impression. I think if i ever wanna hold a private party, its really worth considering.... haha they ought to pay me advert fees loh.
here's the outside breakout area which could be used for discussions and lunches and breaks...
since my division was not involved in the main discussion, we were seated right at the back, s separated area....
we were too comfortably seated that someone remarked we look like many 妃子 and 太监 (oops~) residing in some secret chamber ... hahahaha...
to LK: i think u all should be able to tell who is who is in the pictures since i keep toking abt them...
i think this retreat is the first time we could talk all day among ourselves... eat all day long (no need to photosynthesize!), relax all day long.... hahaha... i want this kind of event more often!!! (but i dun wan the logistics involved!)
