>> HK trip 2 to 6 Dec 08 - Part 1 of 3
HK trip started on 2 dec morning. Meeting time: 8.30amah pei is late, but somehow we were damn lucky cos we were upgraded to
business class as there were no more seats in econ class!!!! hahaha first time i took business class, and the only thing i can say is that, the leg space and service is wwaaayyyy too different from our lok-kok jetstar last year.

we were given a menu to choose wat we wanted...... and the service crew actually addresses you by name "Ms Hung" when they serve u food! Cool!

flight was 3 and a half hours, pretty fast. dint even have time to sleep properly and here we are at HK!!
on our way to hotel......

the size if our room is fully shown in my picture.
YES, thats everything. Its the smallest hotel room i ever had there wasnt even space to walk after putting pei's gigantic luggage on the route to the bathroom. there was no bath tub (which im fine with it), no wardrobe, no fridge, no table/chair (to even out your stuff or take a seat), no mirror (except in the toilet which wasnt even a full-body mirror).
我必须承认房间真的是小到。。。
寸步难移.
we particpated in the evening tour to the wax museum, Avenue of Stars and a ride on the open-top bus. Must click on the collage to zoom in on the photos!
my personal fave is Brad and Angelina. They look freaking real and beautiful. im really impressed how they did it......

All time-fave 华仔。we heard his heartbeat.

my only chance to get upfront with LKY.

Mr Johnny Depp.... one of most 栩栩如生的蜡像。

Next stop: Avenue of Stars.

Then came the
open-top bus. The tour guide informed shared that hongkongers do not have the chance to take open-top buses cos it has to be rented (meaning rent the whole bus), hence its only tourists under tour agencies who have the chance. Well, i suppose in Singapore we dont take the open-top bus and Hippo duck Tour either right (even though we dont have to rent)?
scenery is good on the bus. u get to 呼吸香江气息,感受城市的活力和炫丽的霓虹灯。 this is not something you can get in well planned cities like Singapore. And Hongkongers dun need to sleep.
you can see people eating/shopping/walking even near midnight..... 女人街 was nothing fantastic. the usual imitation bags and watches.

stay tuned for more updates. im not updating everything in 1 shot, so as to make sure you all have time to appreciate the photos and not scroll through everything in 1 shot...
hahahahaha.
