But today has been a great night at CCAS Awards dinner. I never knew you could see so many people doing the same dirty job as you, and yet be even more passionate den you. All within the same night.
These are the people who answer all kinds of funny shit calls, they come from industries ranging from banks to freight forwarding companies, could be dealing with thousands of callers a day or maybe just a hundred like myself.
I guess the awards not only serve to recognize the outstanding contact centers, but also to encourage everyone in this industry that: You are not only an operator and that many others out there are just like you, putting their best efforts passion in the service industry.
Getting silver award might not seem like a big thing. However looking back at all the efforts the team has put in for the past few months, we have at least 苦尽甘来。
I'm grateful to my boss who insisted on driving the project, and I still remembered she said "if we wanna participate we make sure we do our best, or not there isn't any point at all..." From slides to write-ups and video scripts and acting in videoclip, I'm just glad we did all this to convince the judges.
得奖的那一刻，大家高兴得快哭了(or maybe it's just me)。突然之间，我们就好像一家人，一起分享这份难得的荣耀。一切的辛苦终于有了最佳的回报。这大概就是所谓的革命情感，一起苦过才会格外珍惜所得。
很久很久没有得奖了，而且还得到这么这么开心的 :)
