Maybe you were just trying to smoke me early so I dun throw a resignation letter to scare the hell out of you, and then have to search half a year or replacement. Or maybe like what you said, it's just a timing and duration issue.
Whichever is the case, every staff appreciates encouragement from the bosses and thank you for your encouragement this morning. With your words, I shall consider working hard another few more months haha... Afterall no one will wanna hire me now :)
